Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At EaseHomely, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide a safe and convenient shopping experience for our customers.
1. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes across India.

Customers can pay the order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
2. Order Confirmation

COD orders may be verified through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled to prevent delivery issues.
3. Delivery & Payment

Payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of receiving the order.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.
4. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in account or order limitations.
5. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

Eligible returns or damaged product claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, refunds for COD orders will be processed via:

Bank Transfer, or
-
Store Credit (based on case review).

6. Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal of delivery may not qualify for refund processing.

EaseHomely reserves the right to decline COD service for customers with repeated RTO cases.
7. Policy Updates
EaseHomely reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
